Questions:

If it is after hours, call (254) 202-6100 and follow directions to leave a voice mail message for the on-call physician.

Between the hours of 4:30pm to 10:00pm an on-call Registered Nurse is available to respond to calls.

All calls after 10:00pm will go to the physician on-call.

During office hours call (254) 202-6100 to speak with nurse.

Non-Urgent
Questions:

If you have a non-urgent question please call during regular office hours at (254) 202-6100. Messages received in the morning during office hours (7:30 AM to 12:00 noon) will called back before 12:00pm. Messages after 12:00pm will be returned by end of business day.

You may also use our email your doctor service. Go to www.hillcrest.net and click on email your doctor under the resources heading on the left hand side of the page. This service allows you to leave a detailed message for your physician that will be addressed before the end of business day if received before 3:00pm.
